In this case no separate password is collected, and the mobile phone number received from Kakao replaces identity verification.

Settlement for native · creator leaders follows the separate contract, and the processing of information needed for that contract follows what the contract sets out.
Article 3 (Session recording, automatic attendance determination and AI report generation)
① Information collected
Spker sessions are recorded as audio and the speech is transcribed into text.
Session audio — participants' speech from the start to the end of the session (including per-participant audio)
Transcript — a record of the audio converted to text
Participation records — per-participant Zoom entry · exit times (⑦)
② Purposes of use
The data collected is used only to generate learning reports and the analysis that goes with them.
Session → audio recording → transcription → automatic speaker matching → AI analysis → automatic report generation → sent to the member automatically
Speaker matching — speakers in the transcript are automatically linked to participants based on their Zoom participant name (the member's English name). If automatic matching fails, a Company operator checks the recording · transcript, matches them, and generates the report again.
Report generation — evaluation on four measures (vocabulary · grammar · pronunciation · fluency), expression corrections and a session summary. If there is no per-participant audio, pronunciation is not analyzed.
Level determination — the member's level is calculated from the report scores (Article 3-2).
Growth analysis — analysis of learning trends and recurring patterns once 5 or more reports have accumulated, separately for the member and leader roles. For the leader role, sessions run · average satisfaction · leader speaking share are shown as well.
It is not used for any other purpose.
③ About group sessions
Sessions are run by a leader with participants up to the group's capacity (up to 3 for community groups; for native · creator groups, the capacity shown for each group). The recording therefore also includes the speech of other participants in the same session, and the entire recorded session is used to generate each participant's report.
Consent covers the following two things.
The member's speech being processed in generating reports for other participants in the same session
Other participants' speech being processed in generating the member's report
④ Who can view reports
A generated report can be viewed only by the member and Company operators. Leaders view only their own reports received in the leader role, and do not view members' reports.
⑤ Refusing consent
Data subjects have the right to refuse consent. However, session recording and AI analysis are core functions of the Service, so if consent is refused, sign-up and use of the Service are not possible. To withdraw consent after signing up, leave the Service.
⑥ Member obligations
Members must not personally record audio · video · photos of sessions or share them outside, because they include other participants' speech. Violations may lead to restrictions on using the Service.
⑦ Zoom participant registration and automatic attendance determination
For each session, the Company registers participants individually with Zoom and issues per-participant entry links. Registration uses a registration email issued by the Company per account (u{account no.}@zoom.spker.club) and a display name instead of the member's real email.
The Company receives per-participant entry · exit times from Zoom and determines attendance automatically. Based on the result, passes are used, rewards are given and leader activity fees are deducted.
For sessions without Zoom records, a Company operator enters attendance, and members may request a review of automatic results under Article 3-2.
Entry links are issued only to the member and must not be shared. Even if someone enters with a shared link, the member the link belongs to is recorded as having joined.
Transfers of session data abroad follow Article 7.
Article 3-2 (Automated decisions)
① The Company makes the following decisions automatically without human involvement.
| Decision | Information used | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Attendance determination | Per-participant Zoom entry · exit times | Using passes · sessions, handling assets such as guest passes, leader no-show determination and activity fee deductions |
| Level determination | Report scores (results of AI analysis of speech transcripts · audio) | Setting · changing the confirmed level, eligibility for community group assignment |
| Report generation · sending | Speech transcripts, speaker matching results, per-participant audio | Evaluations · corrections in the report |
② Data subjects may ask for an explanation of these decisions, request a review, or refuse them by contacting us through 1:1 support in the Service or the chief privacy officer. A Company operator reviews the result, corrects it if needed, and informs the data subject.
③ If automated decisions are not applied because of a refusal under Paragraph 2, use of services that require those decisions may be restricted.
Article 4 (Retention and use period)
① The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
② However, the following information is kept for the periods below.
| Category | Retention period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Member information | Until the member leaves | Performing the service agreement |
| Session audio · video | Until the member leaves | Handling report regeneration |
| Speech transcripts | Until the member leaves | Growth analysis based on accumulated learning data |
| Reports | Until the member leaves | Providing reports for members to view |
| Zoom participation records · attendance records | Until the member leaves | Basis for attendance determination and handling objections |
| Calendar subscription address (personal token) | Until reissued or until the member leaves (the old address is discarded immediately on reissue) | Providing calendar subscription |
| Leader payout account details | Until the leader role ends or the member leaves | Paying activity fees |
| Native · creator leader channel information | Until the separate contract ends or the member leaves | Running groups |
| Ratings · reviews of leaders | While the leader profile is published (if the author leaves, the link to the author is deleted and the review is kept as anonymous) | Providing leader profiles |
| Access logs of the personal information processing system | 1 year | Article 8 of the Standards for Personal Information Security Measures |
| Error records | 90 days | Service stability |
| Records of contracts or withdrawals | 5 years | Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce |
| Records of payments and supply of goods | 5 years | Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce |
| Records of consumer complaints or dispute handling | 3 years | Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce |
| Records of labeling · advertising | 6 months | Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce |
| Withholding tax records (leaders) | 5 years | Framework Act on National Taxes |
③ To prevent misuse, the mobile phone number and email of members whose service agreement was terminated are kept for 30 days and then destroyed.
Article 5 (Provision to third parties)
① The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Article 1, and provides it to third parties only with the data subject's consent or where the law specifically provides.
② The Company currently does not provide personal information to third parties.
③ Because sessions are held with several participants, members in the same session see each other's display names and what is said during the session. The leader running the session is also informed of changes to the participant list, such as bookings · cancellations, together with display names. The display name is the English name the member chose, and account names received through social login are not shown to other members. This is unavoidable given the nature of the Service.
④ Leader profiles and ratings · reviews of leaders are published in the Service. To other members, a review's author is shown as {group} participant · {date} instead of a name, and Company operators can see who wrote it.
Article 6 (Outsourcing of processing)

| Modusign Inc. | Leader e-contracts and document storage | Korea |
Outsourcing for video sessions and AI analysis involves transfers abroad, so it is described separately in Article 7.
When entering into outsourcing contracts, the Company specifies compliance with personal information protection instructions, technical · administrative safeguards, restrictions on re-outsourcing, and liability such as damages, and supervises how contractors process the information.
If the outsourced work or contractors change, this policy will be updated to disclose it.

Data subjects may refuse the transfer abroad by contacting us through 1:1 support in the Service or the chief privacy officer. However, transfers abroad for running sessions, determining attendance and providing reports are essential to the Service, so refusing will restrict use of the Service.
The basic infrastructure for running the Service, including servers · databases · files, is processed in the Korea (Seoul) region.
Article 8 (Destruction of personal information)
① Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the processing purpose is achieved.
② If information must be kept under other laws even after the retention period, it is moved to a separate database or stored in a different location.
③ Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
④ Personal information in backup media is destroyed in turn according to the backup cycle.
Article 9 (Rights and obligations of data subjects and how to exercise them)
① Data subjects may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
② Rights may be exercised by request through 1:1 support in the Service or in writing · by email to the chief privacy officer, and the Company takes action without delay.
③ If a data subject requests correction of an error, the Company does not use or provide the information until the correction is complete.
④ Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized person, in which case a power of attorney must be submitted.
⑤ However, the exercise of rights may be limited where the law specifically provides or where it may unfairly harm another person's life, body or property.
⑥ Because group sessions are recorded together, it may be technically difficult to separate and delete only one member's speech. In this case the Company deletes that member's reports and personally identifying information.
⑦ Members must not share their calendar subscription address with others. If the address is exposed, it can be reissued on the My screen in the Service, and once reissued the old address can no longer be used.
⑧ Rights regarding automated decisions follow Article 3-2.

| Physical measures | Servers · databases · files are kept in cloud data centers with security facilities in the Korea region |
Article 11 (Installation, operation and refusal of automatic collection tools)
① The Company uses cookies and browser storage to provide the Service, such as keeping you logged in and setting default display language · time zone.
