③ When amending the Terms, the Company announces the effective date, the changes and the reasons in the Service notices from 7 days before the effective date. ⑤ Provisions of the amended Terms on prices · withdrawal · refunds apply to payments made on or after the effective date; payments made before the effective date follow the Terms at the time of payment. This does not apply where the amendment is favorable to members.
Chapter 2 Service agreement
Article 4 (Formation of the service agreement)
① The service agreement is formed when a person who wishes to become a member agrees to the Terms, applies to sign up, and the Company accepts.
② The Company may refuse acceptance or later terminate the service agreement in the following cases.
Using another person's identity or providing false information
Being under 14 years of age
Having had a service agreement terminated before
Having intentionally interfered with the operation of the Service before
Article 5 (Identity verification and sign-up benefit)
① Identity verification with a mobile phone number is required to use the Service. When signing up with an external account that provides a mobile phone number verified by that account, this replaces identity verification.
② Members who complete identity verification receive 1 guest pass. It is limited to once per account, and its validity follows Article 12.
③ The Company keeps identity verification history to prevent misuse, and may reclaim benefits if the same person is found to have received them more than once with multiple accounts.
Article 5-2 (Accounts and roles)
① Each member has one account, and the member role is given at sign-up. No separate account is created for leader activity. However, an account the Company creates by registering a native · creator leader has only the leader role, without the member role.
② The leader role is given as follows.
Community leader: when a member who has completed a guest session applies to be a leader in the Service, the leader role is given immediately. Running sessions starts after completing the onboarding session set by the Company.
Native leader · creator leader: the Company sets the leader role and type for a person who has entered into a separate contract with the Company.
③ The member role and leader role are each used in their own space, and assets held · 1:1 support · learning materials · growth analysis are kept separately by role. The confirmed level and review notes are per member, regardless of role.
④ Activity standards, pay and settlement, and backup · sessions not run for the leader role follow Article 8 ⑥.
Article 6 (Changes to member information)
① Members can view and edit their information on the personal information screen. Members must update changes without delay, and bear any disadvantage from not doing so.
② Members can set the display language and display time zone (device time zone or Korea time) of the Service. The display time zone applies only to times shown on screen; deadlines in these Terms and in the Service are determined under Article 9 ⑤.
Article 7 (Termination and withdrawal)
① Members may leave at any time through the function in the Service, and the Company processes it immediately. However, a member with the leader role cannot leave while leading a group, and activity fees due for settlement are settled before the withdrawal is processed.
② On leaving, all regular passes · guest passes · credit held expire and are not refunded. The member is automatically removed from all assigned groups (including cohort groups), and remaining sessions also expire. However, if the refund conditions in Article 14 are met, the member may request a refund before leaving.
③ On leaving, the member's reports · learning records are deleted. Information that must be kept under relevant laws is kept for a set period under the Privacy Policy.
Chapter 3 Service
Article 8 (Service contents)
① The Company provides the following services.
Online English conversation sessions (regular sessions · guest sessions of community groups, regular sessions of cohort groups)
Session learning materials (articles)
Automatic generation and provision of reports through session recording · text transcription · AI analysis

Other services set by the Company
② Operating standards such as session length, participant capacity and how groups are formed are set by the Company and announced in the Service.
③ The Company may change the contents · operation of the Service and announces changes in advance.
④ To perform the contract, the Company sends the following notifications through app notifications and the member's registered contacts (KakaoTalk message · email · SMS). These are essential to providing the Service and are sent regardless of consent to receive offers · event news.
Session schedule notices and reminders
Session cancellation · change · leader assignment change notices
Report notifications
Payment · refund details and pass expiry notices
Notices of changes to the terms and policies
Replies to member inquiries
Notices to members with the leader role about participation changes in their sessions (guest booking · cancellation, excused absence, guest assignment · removal by the Company)
⑤ Members cannot refuse the notifications in Paragraph 4. However, the notification channel can be chosen on My.
⑥ The following also apply to the leader role together with these Terms. Community leaders' activity standards, activity fees and settlement, and backup · sessions not run (no-shows) follow the activity policy set by the Company; the rights · obligations and pay between native leaders · creator leaders and the Company follow the separate contract between that leader and the Company.
⑦ As a rule, the notifications in Paragraph 4 are sent from 08:00 to 22:00 (Korea time). Notifications arising outside these hours are sent at the next available time, and expiry · deadline notices are sent early so they arrive before the expiry · deadline. Session start reminders and session cancellation notices are sent immediately at any time. The Company may adjust the sending hours and announces adjustments in the Service.
⑧ Member inquiries are received through 1:1 support in the Service. Visitors who have not signed up can contact us through the Company's KakaoTalk channel.
Article 9 (Joining sessions)
① Regular sessions of community groups can be joined by members who hold regular passes after being assigned to a group.
② Guest sessions can be joined with a guest pass. Guest sessions exist only in community groups.
③ Regular sessions of cohort groups can be joined by members who paid for that group's cohort; details follow Article 11-2.
④ Members enter sessions through a personal entry link the Company provides to each member. Attendance is confirmed automatically from each participant's connection record in the video conferencing tool, and leaders do not enter attendance. Where it cannot be determined automatically, such as when there is no connection record, the Company enters attendance, and members who disagree with an automatic determination may request a correction through 1:1 support. If the Company corrects attendance, pass handling is applied again according to the corrected attendance.
⑤ The session entry time and the standards for lateness and absence are set by the Company and announced in the Service. Session times and all deadlines in these Terms and in the Service are determined in Korea Standard Time (KST).
Article 9-2 (Session feedback and reviews)
① Members can view a session's report after submitting a rating and review of the session ("feedback").
② Submitted feedback cannot be edited and is published on the leader's profile. The author is shown as "{group} participant · {date}", and the member's name is not shown.
③ The Company may hide reviews that violate its operating policy, such as abuse · defamation, exposure of personal information, or ads · spam.
Article 10 (Absence and booking cancellation)
① Regular sessions of community groups
Excused absence: when the member reports absence within the deadline set by the Company. The session is deducted, and 1 guest pass is given each time.
Absence: when the member reports absence after the deadline or does not join without notice. The session is deducted and no compensation is given.
An excused absence is confirmed as soon as it is submitted and cannot be withdrawn.
If an attendance correction confirms that it was not an excused absence, the Company reclaims the guest pass given under Item 1. Guest passes already used are not reclaimed.
② Guest sessions
If cancelled within the deadline set by the Company, the guest pass is restored and can be used for another session. A restored guest pass keeps its original validity, and if that has already passed, it expires as soon as it is restored.
If cancelled after the deadline or not joined, the guest pass is used up and not restored.
Excused absence does not apply to guest sessions.
③ The deadlines in Paragraphs 1 and 2 are announced in the Service.
④ Excused absence in cohort groups follows Article 11-2 ⑤.
Article 11 (Session cancellation and changes)
① The Company may cancel a session in the following cases; regular passes are then not deducted and guest passes are restored, except in the case of Paragraph 2.
The session cannot run for the leader's reasons and no substitute leader could be assigned
No member booked the session
Force majeure such as natural disasters or network failures
Other cases where the Company judges that the session cannot run normally
② If a session is cancelled because all members who booked it did not join, regular passes are deducted, guest passes are used up, and no session is added to the group. Each member's attendance is confirmed under Article 10.
③ If a leader in a community group has a problem, the Company may assign a substitute leader to run the session. In this case the session is treated as having run normally.
④ Sessions cancelled under Paragraph 1 are not deducted, and one session is added to the community group. Cohort groups follow Article 11-2 ⑥. This does not apply to the case in Paragraph 2.
⑤ Members whose attendance, such as excused absence · absence, was confirmed before the session was cancelled keep the handling for that confirmed attendance.
⑥ Guest passes restored under Paragraph 1 (including those restored because the Company cancelled a guest booking or changed a group's start date) are valid for 30 days from restoration.
⑦ Sessions run as normal on public holidays. If the Company skips a session for a holiday or similar reason, it cancels it in advance, and Paragraphs 1 and 4 apply.
Article 11-2 (Native groups · creator groups)
① Cohort groups are sold per cohort. The Company shows the group price · cohort · total sessions · capacity · session schedule · topic of each session · leader on the payment screen.
② Members who have signed up and verified their mobile phone can pay without completing a guest session or having a confirmed level. The group level shown on the payment screen is a recommendation.
③ Promotion codes and credit cannot be applied to group price payments, and guest passes cannot be used to join. Cohort groups have no guest sessions.
④ Members who pay can join all sessions of that cohort. Payment is not possible once the group is full.
⑤ Members may report excused absence within the deadline set by the Company. This is to let the leader know in advance; the session is used up and no compensation is given. The session is also used up if reported after the deadline or not joined.
⑥ If a session is cancelled for the Company's or the leader's reasons (including when the leader does not show up), one make-up session is added at the end of the cohort. No substitute leader is assigned in cohort groups. No make-up session is added if the session was cancelled because no member booked it, because all members who booked it did not join (Article 11 ②), or because the group was ended.
⑦ When the last session (including make-up sessions) ends, the cohort ends automatically. To join the next cohort, members must pay again.
⑧ If the Company ends a group mid-cohort, members who paid are refunded under Article 14 ⑪.
⑨ Withdrawal and refunds for cohort groups follow Article 14.
Chapter 4 Passes and payment
Article 12 (Types and validity of passes)
① Regular passes are as follows.
| Type | Sessions | Price | Validity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regular pass (5 sessions) | 5 | ₩99,500 | 60 days |
| Regular pass (10 sessions) | 10 | ₩149,000 | 90 days |
| Regular pass (20 sessions) | 20 | ₩198,000 | 180 days |
② A guest pass costs ₩19,900 each, and a purchased guest pass is valid for 30 days from the payment date.
③ Guest passes the Company gives for free are valid for the period stated in the Service when they are given. Guest passes given for excused absence are valid for 7 days. The validity of restored guest passes follows Article 10 ② and Article 11 ⑥.
④ Credit is valid for 180 days from the date it is earned, and each credit expires separately. However, if the Company sets and announces a different validity when giving it, that applies.
⑤ The validity of a regular pass is the deadline for being assigned to a group. Sessions assigned within the validity period can be joined as normal even if they take place after the expiry date.
⑥ Passes and credit past their validity expire automatically and are not restored.
⑦ Passes and credit are deducted starting with those closest to expiry.
⑧ Prices follow the amounts shown on the payment screen in the Service, and the Company may change prices after prior notice under Article 3. This does not affect passes bought before the change.
⑨ The price of a cohort group follows the amount shown on the payment screen for each group · cohort, and the right to join obtained by payment is valid only for that cohort.
Article 13 (Payment)
① Payment is made through a payment gateway designated by the Company.
② Members can pay with methods provided by the payment gateway, such as credit · debit cards, real-time bank transfer and easy pay (Naver Pay · Toss Pay · Kakao Pay · Samsung Pay). The payment method is chosen in the payment gateway's payment window, and passes are issued as soon as payment is approved for every method. If the amount is ₩0 after discounts and credit, the pass is issued immediately without a payment window.
③ Members who hold credit can use it when paying for regular passes · guest passes.
④ Members who hold a promotion code can apply it when paying for regular passes · guest passes, under the following rules.
Only one code can be applied per payment.
The same code can be used once per member.
Each code has eligible products · validity · a usage limit, and is not applied if the conditions are not met. Conditions are checked when the code is applied and again just before payment; if they are not met just before payment, the amount without the code is shown again.
The promotion code is applied first, and credit is deducted from the remaining amount.
If the discount exceeds the product price, only the product price is deducted, and the payment amount does not go below ₩0.
A code is treated as used when the payment is approved. If the payment fails or is interrupted in the payment window, it is not treated as used.
Once the payment is approved, the booking cannot be cancelled, and the refund process in Article 14 applies.
⑤ Payment for cohort groups follows Article 11-2 ③.
⑥ If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel that payment.
Article 14 (Withdrawal and refunds)
① Members may withdraw within 7 days of the date the pass was supplied (payment approval date). However, if the member has already joined a session and used sessions, withdrawal is limited for that part. In this case only sessions used × price per session (Paragraph 2, Item 1) is deducted and the rest is refunded with no penalty. For cohort groups, the full amount is refunded if within 7 days of payment approval and before the first session of that cohort starts; after the first session starts, Paragraph 2 applies even within 7 days.
② After the withdrawal period, refunds follow the rules below.
Remaining amount = Payment amount − (Sessions used × Price per session) Penalty = Remaining amount × Penalty rate Refund = Remaining amount − Penalty
The price per session of a regular pass is ₩19,900, the same as the price of a single guest session entry.
The price per session of a cohort group is the payment amount divided by the total sessions at the time of payment. Make-up sessions added under Article 11-2 ⑥ are not counted in the total sessions.
The penalty does not exceed 10% of the remaining amount. The specific penalty rate is set out in the Refund Policy.
The payment amount is the amount actually paid after discounts; promotion code discounts are excluded and credit used is included.
Sessions used are sessions whose attendance has been confirmed and that have been used up. They include sessions confirmed as excused absence · absence even if not joined, and sessions used up under Article 11 ②.
If the result is ₩0 or less, the refund is ₩0, and the Company does not charge the member the difference.
Refunds are requested per purchase.
③ No refund is given in the following cases.
Passes that expired after the validity period
Guest passes given free
Requests to cash out credit itself
When the service agreement is terminated for reasons attributable to the member
④ If the Company fails to provide the Service for reasons attributable to it, the full amount is refunded.
⑤ Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the request, and it may take additional time for the money to arrive depending on the payment method.
⑥ Refund requests are received through 1:1 support in the Service. However, refunds under Paragraph 11 are processed without a request.
⑦ Refunds are processed by cancelling the original payment through the payment gateway. Credit · debit cards and easy pay are refunded by cancelling the approval, and real-time bank transfers are returned to the account the money came from; the return method and time required may differ by payment method.
⑧ If credit was used for payment, the refund is split in the original payment ratio. The credit share is restored as credit and keeps the expiry date of the original credit. If the expiry date has already passed at the time of restoration, that credit expires as soon as it is restored.
⑨ If a promotion code was used for payment, the code is not restored on refund and remains used.
⑩ Specific calculation rules and case-by-case handling not set out in this article follow the Refund Policy.
⑪ If the Company ends a cohort group mid-cohort, members who paid are refunded remaining sessions × price per session (Paragraph 2, Item 2) with no penalty.
